Handmade by the Boruca Indians.

The Boruca Indians are indigenous to Costa Rica and live in the Southwestern region of the country. The tribe was one of the few to survive the Spanish Conquest of Central and South America. They are known for being excellent hunters and for their unique tribal ceremonies.
The masks worn by this tribe come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colors and designs, representative of the different units within the tribal community.

The masks are made of beautiful lightweight Balsa wood.
